The problem is if I do that fancy shit once, my kids will expect it every day. I seriously don't have the time for that. We're big on PB&J and Turkey and cheese. Luckily the day care doesn't have rules against peanut butter. Yet.

My thought exactly. I'm don't turning myself into some Japanese sous chef. I enjoy mixing and matching things up but all the cutting and ornate layouts isn't happening. Time isn't on my side.

Interesting your kids schools have gotten away from the peanut rule. Our whole district as well as the district my wife teaches in has lifted that rule.
