Hey peeps. I need some things if someone has them.

1 - Kayak Paddle. Carbon, low angle, 230.

2 - PFD. Something light and Medium Sized.

3 - Water pumper outer siphon thing.

I have joined this group, but I'm probably not advanced enough.

Everything acquired.

Drove to CT for a Kayak. Paramus for a Bilge pump. Westfield and Cranford for PFD and Paddle. Like 8 hours in the car.

I'm gonna go drown myself now.
But isn't that like... Less miles than your typical day on the bike?

This thing is a lot of fun. Took a couple seasons to figure out what I needed for the things I do.

Started with the $250 Dick's boat and the cheapest crap I could get.

Did a 12 foot Old Town next but it was slow as F and heavy, I hated it. I did have a carbon paddle with boat #2, but it was not matched to my stroke and added to the slow.

For this I had 2 screw ups and some idea of what I need. It's probably still just a step into 2 boats at some point because I spend the same amount of time in the bay and river and canal.
