an app would only work to make it so very clear that this state so badly needs legal spots to ride. If every time someone sees an atv and they ping the DEP, they simply will be so overwhelmed with calls that they won’t be able to answer them in any order.

Think bout how many dirt bikes and quads are sold in NJ yearly, yet there is no legal spot to ride them.

This is why I only ride a plated Enduro bike. I’ve been pulled over a few times and the look is always the same. The cop is always disappointed and Baffled that I haveall my paperwork in order.

Rode some dedicated dual sport single track in Bald Eagle State Park a couple weeks ago and it was in better shape than 90% of the non-motorized stuff around here.
