Not if you park at Middle Run. Middle Run and White Clay share the same trail system, but White Clay is a state park while Middle Run is a county park. You get charged parking at any of the White Clay Parking areas. Most riders park at the Middle Run main lot off Possum Hollow Road (at the start of the bird watcher trail.) Another option to avoid parking fees is to park up in the lot where Henry's Bike Shop is up on Polly Drummond Highway (trail entrance is right across the road about a hundred yards down at the church entrance.) I'd recommend parking at the Middle Run lot off Possum Hollow - it's a bike lot with direct access to multiple trailheads.
