do you put that one in the back and move the full one up front?
Depends, if they are both water then yes. If I have a water and some other mix, I’m crisscrossing between them all throughout the ride anyway so it doesn’t really matter in the end. But once one of them is done, I’ll usually swap it to the easier to reach position.More importantly.
When you have 2 bottles, and you finish the first, do you put that one in the back and move the full one up front?
Or do you just start grabbing the seat tube bottle?
Came to say this - I am right handed but If i need some brakes and I have a water bottle in my hand I certainly dont want to grab the front one.Rear brake hand always stays on the handlebar. Grab bottles with left hand and always drink from down tube bottle.
I wouldnt say impossible but certainly not convenient. It’s impossible to drink from the bottle on the seat tube

I believe @Pearl was on the trainer, and the monotony of sitting there going nowhere, his mind wondered off to ponder what everyone else does when riding outside. So your original answer is probably still valid.I answered before reading the first post. When on a trainer the bottle is sitting on a stool that is next to me.
