Which beach town for a week vacation?

I'm also going to be pulling a trailer with my niece and daughter, so it might be worth bringing my bike for that to avoid pulling with a beach cruiser. Any expert opinions out there?

Same, considering my road bike for this. And hoping that the trailer can double as a transported to/from beach for the kids. Which I will probably instantly regret as soon as we get to the sand
