Like great ball players, these parks are great for different reasons/trails.
Mooch has Lumpy Bumpy, Rolly, Candyass...all legendary.
Ringwood has the TOS loop(cannonball, renegade,warm puppy,Skylands,race course, yellow, and new White trails.
Wawayanda, classics like sitting bear, nature Jim's, Budda, thirsty dog, gravity...
Wildcat, so many options to ride. I don't really know the names of the trails other then Oreland and Fugawe, Hersberg. @JimN can put killer loops together. I've been mtbing in NJ for 10 yrs and am still finding new to me stuff here that's incredible.
All of these places have many different loops with distinct features and miles of trail, that's what makes these parks great.
