Went for the Sourlands Spectacular today (64 mile route). Nice ride with an awesome lunch at the end. 3 slices of pizza tasted real good. I didn't think it was going to be as hot as it was and biked from home to the ride at 5am (26 miles). Then the 64 mile route. Then 26 miles back home on bike for a total of 116 miles. Feels nice to be back in a/c.

Nice. My buddy Robb and I did the 100k and had fun. It was a hot one. We went for the post ride BBQ which was really good.
