That thing looks crazy. The obvious guess would be a bike with no drivetrain that you rip down hill using only gravity. Dont see myself hopping on one of those anytime soon.

We use to make these out of old inverted 20"bmx frames up in north jersey.This was back in the eighties.Drive to the top of the hill,push off then fly back down all tucked in.If I remembered right BMX action called them GPV's
