Going back to 2x11 on the GT Grade 46/36 CX gearing and a 32 cassette.
Found a used ultegra chainring set and putting back on the 32 road cassette.

Going to bring back road rides in my weekly rotation.

More Gears = More Better'er.

I installed some longer pedal pins. The old ones were 8mm and I went to 12mm.
I only installed 4 on each pedal on the outer edge, but I think I'm going to like them.
I put two hours on them this morning. Nice & grippy. See them compared to the other shorter ones

New cables all around, wider bars, and thick bar tape earlier this week. I was really hoping to take it out today, but I broke my back and have been in bed for 2, beautiful days.

It's sorted. I tightened them up. Filed a PayPal complaint and I got 300 bucks back
So I'm riding that bike for 975 bucks.

It was purple. Now it’s 3.2mm hot pink and feels super cushy for my big hands.
