Which bike that? Oozing with class
Thanks. It’s a labor of love - a 2021 Haro F&F built to look like an ‘82 Torker. I rode a Torker in 1982, and Torker built the first Haro Freestylers in 1982-83.

Got pics? Trying to rectify a floppy bag as well
Yep, on my Ruthworks I've got the Berthoud decaleur bolted to strip of aluminum, something from the floor trim aisle. I like a full loop. Ends are aluminum-taped shut, works well along with side coroplast stiffeners. I'm not using a bottom stiffener, the bag flops over my M-12 a little and stays pretty steady.

Changed the tire, damn, these Maxxis are hard to break the bead on.
I don't know if it's the tires or the rims that make it tough, most likely the rims.
I used my bead breaker, that's the only way I'm getting it done! Just barely.
I made a larger better one for next time. No way I could ever do this on the trail.

Lay the wheel on the ground and step on the tire near the bead…. Bam! Bob’s your Uncle, it’s off. 😉
