What beer are you drinking RIGHT NOW?

More northern goodness from @M3Tim thanks yo!
I can only hope you enjoyed some OH at lunch, or at least brought it home.

Level up!

From the Great September Beer Run of 2019, courtesy of Tim.

i've been working on this for about 45 minutes - maybe a bit more. Tasting it through the temp range.

the nose changes, warm it is lemon grass with resin. maybe some citrus hints but not much.
interesting. Looking at the heavy hitters on the label, there could have been more going on,
and a little better finish (tart, slightly metallic)

Did more science tonight.
A friend has had a 4-pack of this in his garage since release (March?)
Offered me a couple, I could not say no.
This may be my favorite beer of the year, and top 5 pretty easily.

Does it hold up against too much time, and horrible cellaring?

Sadly, the answer is no.
Time waits for no beer.
A phenomenal beer is now just an aged over good beer.
As a scientician, you know the news isn’t always good, but it still hurts when it’s personal.
