Nope, way too thin, plus had the grill on for chickuns.
Went sear/sear with a very little indirect time and a good rest.
Came out about perfect.

This is from the Finger Lakes, Warhorse Brewing at 3 Bros Winery. Interior of the brewery was military decor and all the beer is as well. Story on the can is pretty interesting and has nothing to do with Forest Gump
