Down at Rider(and I'm sure other places but that's where I saw it) there are special parking places for low emission vehicles. I went to school with a guy who got teased because a picture circulated of him riding a cow. Now if he was to get his hands on one of those cows in the article above, could he hitch it up in one of those parking spaces?

New to this thread. Going to have to go through it and catch up (ketchup?). Hungry after just looking at the first two pages. My contribution of what I prepared for tailgating at Slayer back in June. Shrimp cocktail, smoked brisket sandwiches with bacon, caramelized onions and horseradish sauce then lobster rolls.

Fish Taco Tuesday!
With bonus round of guacamole.

This is kind of a pain in the ass like a stir fry- lots of cleaning and chopping going on, but unlike a stir fry, the effort here is actually worth it.

And I’ll toot my own horn, I slayed this ish.

Pork shoulder just went in the oven for tonight’s dinner. Marinaded overnight with salt,pepper, chipotle sauce and a lot of garlic. To be shredded and served with hominy and black beans.

what type of fish you using?
I've been using corvina from Costco, and I feel its the perfect flavor and consistency for tacos
