Thank you all for the replies! Jess the name of the lady in NYC who welds would be helpful. As it is a tiny crack and it has probably been there for 10 years since my buddy used to use the bike for trials riding, I don't think I need to send it off to Vermont. I do not get any kind of big air that I am going to really have to worry but I do want to get it fixed.
I am also going to contact Sussex Bike to see what they offer.
