Weight Weenies Unite!

So I'm too much of a cheapass to really qualify as true weight weenie, but I was curious about the real weight of peoples bikes and tips as to how people lowered the weight of their bikes. I thought it might be interesting to post up photos of your bike on a scale so that we weren't dealing with the whole "I'm sure my full suspension steel rig with downhill tires is about 22 pounds" thing.

Not really looking to start a competition (although I think it may :D), just to get a better idea of the range of real bike weights out there. I realize that not all scales are calibrated, but I figure we should be able to get an idea from this.

Post up the pics with a description of the bike along with any relevant WW parts or tips.

I'll start out with these:

2009 S-Works Tarmac SL2
Full Red
3T carbon bars
Spec Carbon post
Reynolds Assault Carbon clinchers w/Mich Pro Race3 and Performance Light tubes

True WW shot, no pedals or bottle cages:

I don't fall into the weight weenie category at all, but, I had the opportunity to ride one of these for a couple weeks and then race it at the High Point TT.

12.5 pounds with pedals and computer. Insanity.

I'll have to upload pics but i used to be WW extreme:
Last true WW bike was as follows:
Superfly SS
DT swiss xr470 fork
Stans crest with 3.30 hubs
race face deus xc cranks
easton ec90 bars
f99 stem
aspide carbon saddle
blah blah blah

17.2 pounds with cages/pedals ready to ride
thats with heavy BB7's on it, could have easily shed at least another 1.5 pounds or so with lighter parts all round
