Oak Ridge / Tingley loop
Another longer one and first on dirt in a while. Almost 125 miles for the week. Knock / knock on wood. I think it wasn’t long Covid. Maybe it was a bad reaction to the heart meds I stopped taking afterall

Daughter assisted with knee replacement surgery today. Attending was listening to Traffic. So was my choice for the day
