Can wire bead tires warp if my bike was sitting on the tire non-inflated for a few months? It basically looks like the tire is "not true." BTW it's a 40#ish bike that was sitting on this non-inflated tire.
It's definately not the rim because when i mount another tire on the wheel it spins true.
I replaced the rear tire already cause basically it wouldn't even stay mounted because of such "warp" but my front one stays mounted but just seems to kick to one side a little at a part of the tire.
So... can wire bead tires warp? How can I fix this w/out buying a new tire.
