Wanted mountain bike! For 6'4" male.

Hows it going my people? I have a friend who is interested in getting into riding a mountain bike. Hes decided he doesnt need the latest and greatest just something that is going to work , he is 6'4 so :

- frame needs to be large , xlarge I believe.
- $300 is about max being iffy of the hobby
- preferably 27.5 - 29
- front suspension only

My buddy left his old 26er(I know your looking for current wheel sizes this is budget friendly) in my garage if you want me to ask about him letting it go I thing its from 2015 or 16. He is 6'6". He picked up a new bike and hasn't touched it since.
