I have a Dakine that i emptied an entire jug of bar oil inside.
You are welcome to it if you want to take a crack at cleaning it.

I dont get out on much TM, but I'd take a shot at cleaning this one ...
Get a large bag of Speedy Dry. Fill back pack with Speedy Dry and let sit for several days. Occasionally mix SD with fabric for good contact. The SD will absorb the oil after several days. Pour SD back into bag or discard. Ideally steam clean back pack or clean with dish detergent in a slop sink.
I've spilled oil in the back of my van and this method works well to clean it up.
