Virtual hearing on extension of Patriots Path

This section is in Morristown and fills a gap between downtown and Speedwell lake. A semblance of a trail is there already but it’s iffy in spots. This will make it legit. Paved, but still a good addition to the network.

Was discussing this with @MissJR this morning. The sort of trespassing part is not actually that bad, it's when you exit there and have to hop into the road and deal with the intersection on Speedwell.
