hi everyone! I am vinnie319 from South Brunswick. I have not been on a bicycle in 36 years, motorcycles yes, not bicycles. I have been jogging to try to stay in shape, but injured knee. I just received a bike for Father's Day, and its going to be my venue for getting back into some sort of exercise. I am not far from D&R Canal, and Six Mile Run. I plan on hitting those first. Well, again, hello. 😀

Welcome aboard,
We have a beginner paced ride at Allaire park every Tuesday night. we meet at the hospital road lot at 6pm and ride for a while this is a "fast as the slowest person stop when we need" to type ride. just bring a bike water and a sense of humor 🙂 helmets are also required as we do ride in the woods and people do fall 🙂 hope to see you in the trails..
