Might need to bring the wife in to look at that. Cranks Around the Cmapfire put that new bike look in her eye. The fact that she's on an early 90's ti hardtail with V-brakes and a Marzocchi Atom Bomb might be a contributing factor. Would it be wrong to tell her it's unsafe to ride? :)

Yes, anything made in the 90's is a time bomb
while you're at it you may need to replace your hoops with carbon versions as your current setup is not optimized for safety

Unsafe is pushing it.

Ask her if she would use a cell phone or computer made in the same year as her bike.
