Following a disappointing ride at Ringwood this morning I stopped at Tourne on the way home. It was just above freezing by the time I got there. Great riding! All trails are open and rideable - no studded tires needed. Most trails have <1 inch of powder over hard pack. Lots of foot traffic helped make the trals have a good flow. Everything is rideable. Enjoy.

I just took a quick look. I parked off Old Boonton Road and even up there the trail was pretty moist. I didn't go in very far before turning around but I assume that the lower areas would be even wetter. I wouldn't ride it until it dries up.
