Trail Maintenance

Trail Maintenance rescheduled for Saturday 9/3, 8am to noon. Our main goal is to fix the steps and eliminate any future erosion. This is our last session with the Allaire crew, so please participate and absorb as much knowledge as you can! Does anyone have 4 ft pieces of rebar they can donate? The last heavy rain floated our turnpike timbers out of place, so we’ll need to secure them in place and finish digging our drain.

I busted up my hand, and haven’t been on a bike in 15 days. I’m hoping one of my guys will volunteer to lead the group ride.

thanks. I've been trying to compensate by swimming & TM, but it is f****** aggravating. I've quickly battled back from other injuries in the past, but a busted hand is no joke. I'm headed up to Ottawa in 12 days for a three day Canada ride, and I'm not sure if I'll be close to riding by then.
You can play hockey with a pulled hamstring, but if you can't hold your stick, you're useless. Same goes with the bike.

Thanks to Frank and Mike from Allaire and a lot of hard work from the group, we took a hill and made it live up to it's trail potential. I'm amazed at the dramatic changes that were made in one day.
