Trail Maintenance - Round Valley

I have recently been riding RV starting from the Cushetunk Trail. Enjoying it immensely (although the hiking less than the riding) Wondering what it takes to start a trail maintenance campaign? Does this require permission from either the state or county? Is there a JORBA group dedicated to the park? The trail has tremendous potential but needs more riders to keep the singletrack from becoming overgrown and there are now a couple of newly blown-down trees which need to be cleared.

Cheers,
Dave

Going to be upfront about this, that park is run by a bunch of dingbats and won't allow for anything to be done that they can't drive a vehicle over. Went there for perhaps the last time ever a couple of weeks back and noticed on the switchbacks of all the places for a bypass someone burned in a bypass for a quick left handed turn that is rather easy to make.:hmmm:

Better off sticking to the youth center side of the park where the rocks are and for a more challenging ride, both chimney rock and sourlands are not too far away and Allamuchy isn't as close as the other two, but still easily reachable.
