Wiki is broken -
we've put out an RFQ and are waiting for responses.
Feasibility and ROM should be ready for round 1 eval soon.
expect vendor selection around 3q 2021, with work to commence 1q 2022.

it's fluid based on vendor availability, priorities, and available funding.
currently applying for a grant for matching funds, but the project would need to complete by FYE 2022.
Not ready to commit to that.

What is really holding this back is unifying the wiki user credentials with the board -
The old sw had it built-in for that particular wiki implementation, xenforo had an inexpensive add-on.
Then someone over there figured out it could be an additional revenue stream, so they
sell a whole wiki add-on.

There are a few new implementations out there for a reasonable price now - if we want to go the way-of-the-wiki.
you know @jimvreeland really can't be trusted.
(got a nice bump in traffic that day)

if it was integrated (the $30 add-on) ? there is probably a way to do it with secondary groups at the admin level.

anyway, i have a level 1 with the image upload right now. this will need to be put off until 2021q2 now.
