Is there any park that is not creepy at night? Some solo night rides @6mr scared the bejesus out of me.

Definitely agree! I remember riding blue to Canal lot around 9PM. Gets your adrenaline going and makes you pedal faster.

Or when you do stop, you see daddy long legs/other bugs crawling on the trail. Then you get the shivers and start wiping yourself down thinking they're on you...

The other problem is imagining there's a ghost or axe murderer in the middle of the trail at every blind turn

At LewMo one evening saw the biggest buck, looked like Bambi's dad, I broke short thinking he wanted to pass. He didn't and when I passed him, I could see the steam coming out of his nostrils. For the rest of the ride, all I could think about was him chasing me down and impaling me.
