Does anyone know the purpose of the little flip-up wings on the endcap? There’s nothing in the manual about them.

Guess I’ll need to jam the radar so I don’t get pulled over.

Probably so you can slide a t-nut in there for things that bolt to the bar rather than clamp to it.

This - access to the t-nut slot. Also, you can replace the plastic skirts that cover the t-nut slot from here.
