I have a new Thule 599xtr big mouth bick carrier thats mounts to roof rack.
I can not use on my roof vehicle is to tall.

No it is not a adapter problem but a height issue.
I have a jeep commander suv w/ heavy duty roof rails.
the Jeep is to high to lift the bike upto.
