I purchased a pair of the popular Merrell Moab 3 boots on Amazon, they took a little longer that expected to arrive but I've had them for a couple of weeks now. Then I received a notification that they were sending me a full refund and the boots were being send back to Amazon, so I called them to let them know I wasn't entitled to the refund and they explained the refund is a token of apology for the delay...
