Things that make you frown :(

So the walk of shame on monday was a result of over estimating my smoothness!
rear tire was a bit low, but why not.....

there are a couple of culvert type crossings at CR that go down then hard up. With all the water this spring, the transitions
were a little sharper. well i bottomed my shock, and my rim. dented the outside of the rim, and the shoulder.

i'm looking for suggestions - i think @MadisonDan is a specialist at what i should do next....

cut a board on the portable table saw, put saw in back of truck, pull away with rear window open (because boards were too long to fit inside)
big fail. i was thinking i'd fix it with the backpack blower. what could go wrong?
I can think of a couple of scenarios such as dirt from the floor flies everywhere or blowing away the elusive receipt for that expensive item you meant to return the second you lost the receipt in the truck...happy 4th of July!

Beer. And a new bike.
Usually fire too, but since today is the 4th, explosives.

Two different plumbing problems in the past week and we are leaving for vacation tomorrow. Not at all stressful!

About 6 months ago my apartment complex had some roofing repairs done. The next day I got a flat tire, the next day 2 more flat tires, couple days later all four punctured. All had identical screws. Started scouring the lot and found a dozen matching screws near my garage, where the roofing work was done. I complained and raised hell and nothing was done. The tires were easily pluggable so I repaired them and moved on.

Last week they had the gutters cleaned out. That afternoon, 2 more flats. Walked around and found dozens of nails all over the lot. We've now reached 6 flat tires as a result of negligent contractors. Who should be responsible in this scenario? I keep getting the runaround while my car sits on rims till I can figure out how to buy 4 new tires.

This bike may never have been ridden. Belongs to a wealthy friends son. Someone who couldn’t afford this bike was probably drooling over it in a magazine in 2003, but this one sat it’s entire life collecting dust.7697C909-3EDD-41B6-8642-8A7D0D7739E6.jpeg

@Soundguy your HOA should reimburse you. You need to yell at the treasurer of your HOA who is paying and probably picked the shit ass contractor leaving the nails around.
