i am going to loop Bald Pate Saturday morning. i hope its not too muddy. I cant wait any longer though..

prob be at the pond lot (fiddlers creek) about 9-930ish if anyone is trying to crank.

I haven't been up there recently but based on past experience, Baldpate will be a swamp for a long time. A lot of the streams that appear midway up the mountain and cross the trails are spring-fed. Given the amount of snow and rain lately I would say those springs will be going strong for a long time.

aye its going to be wet no matter what :-\

the new linking trail took 3-4 days and 5-6 person crew. i bet with about 15-25 people we could fix this place up, divert some trails away from those springs, etc...
