Wow, thats an antique chair?
...and $900 for a mtb that is 15yrs old???
I don't mean to give you a hard time but that stuff is way over priced. Start by cutting it in half go from there.

Does this chair have any bite marks? Can you confirm what type of antique wood this is and what part of the earth it was chopped from?
