The only good thing is that my cranks are still not in so I can fininsh my bike. But the rain has killed any trails I wanted to ride for the rest of the week until at least Sunday. So I guess I will be riding the flat assed tow path for the rest of the week with all the killer gnats. See you all in the dirt soon I hope...........
 
okay what is with the gnats? i never really noticed them before but yesterday i think i ate about 7 million of them on my ride.

Warm temps + puddles= hatching insects.

It'll be skeeter time after this weekend's heat. Wahoo.
 
There were tons of these tiny flies in VT this weekend, the things must have been all mouth because it hurt like hell when they bit you.
 
i did a road ride this morning and got caught in the rain, short ride so no biggie...
 
a butterfly flew into my mouth last week. i'm not one for spitters but there was no way i was swallowing
