Tell me where you rode today...

Great day except running over this large snake!

No guarantees with a stem mount either...

My most impressive garmin destruction happened back before the twist mounts. I was on my road bike and when I touched one of the buttons it slid off the mount. I immediately grabbed two fistfuls of brake. The garmin managed to land on the ground face down between my tire and the road. I locked my rear brake and slid about twenty feet with the glass sliding down the road. Couldn’t replicate that move if I tried a hundred times.

OOf. Closest I've gotten to that was I lost a NiteRider off my road bike like that. I have to slide it slightly off its mount to attach the Wahoo. Then started my ride - forgetting to slide it back and lock it into place. A few miles from home, I crossed some RR tracks and it vibrated off the bike. I didn't notice until maybe 10 min later. Back-tracked until I saw it - still on - in the grass off the side of the road. However, it apparently got run over by a car as one of the attachment rails was broken off. I still use it as a flashlight.

I once had my phone slide out of a BiKase that was on my handlebars after I forgot to zip it closed. Phone still worked, but it was pretty cracked up for a few more months until I got around to replacing it.
