Is cops allowing Basic Becky white kids ride dirt bikes and atvs on public roads a covid thing? They're a menace in my neighborhood and I'd usually chalk it up to Manville is the PA of somerset County but I work in Bridgewater and its equally prevalent there as well. This shit wasn't allowed when I was a kid but then again, I grew up in best County, also known as Middlesex, maybe its a somerset county thing.

it is likely the same reason they don't chase them in the cities, they are too hard to catch. You duck down one one-way, go through one yard, etc and you are gone.
