Is the rear 12 speed compatible? I am getting a bike which comes with Düroc 40 stock and I am thinking on getting these as a backup. I am thinking 2.3’s are the max tire width as the ID is ~25mm?

Not 27.5+, inner rim width is 26mm which is good for up to 2.3" tires. If you want to go 27.5+ you should probably go with 40mm inner width rims.

Not 12 speed compatible. Maybe 12 speed with a Sunrace Shimano cassette.
