Stephens State Park Conditions

Echoing yesterday's post, trails are in good shape. Damp, but fine in the maze. Upper trails very good. Hally Toe definitely needs a chainsaw and an afternoon. Must resort to twister contortions to get through at the moment.

Successful JORBA trail maintenance this morning, good turnout. Little re-route on the bottom of Hallly toe and cleared trees off Hally and Tally Ho as well as burgermiester and by the trestle. Great meeting some new faces.

Did a bunch. It was all good. The motos have been active. All trails around the mulch pit and on green and white. Also on the connector to continental drive

Stayed up top/parked at Station Road. Trails are primo! Almost like someone cleared them. Small tree down on Sunset Trail but can go around.

Rode great today any of the trees I had came across a few weeks ago had been cleared.

Conditions this morning were primo. I expected lower Trestle and Maze to be soggy…. Bone dry.

Tree down on White, just west of the drop in to Pots n Pans. It's tangled in vines.

Couple of trees down on the plunge. To big to move by hand

A few peeps took care of a few downed trees in Stephens last night. This was performed by NJ State certified personnel. All legit and stuff.

Upper Maze, Lower Maze, Talley Ho, White (up by Fuzzy Things), and wrapped it up with one on lower Burgermeister.
