Stem for 35mm Dia bar, ~40mm long

The title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a stem to fit a 35mm diameter bar but no longer than 40mm in length. Not looking to spend too much. I see a couple on the web but I wanted to see if anybody has one they want to get rid of first.

I have a 40 Kona but want to try a 60mm. If anyone has a cheap 60 to sell I would trade you for the 40. Convoluted, but maybe?
