Specialized Enduro SL fork E150 losing air

A friend has a bike (2007) and the fork is losing 5-10psi of air per day just hanging on a rack in the garage. Is this normal or is there something needs fixing? If so, who would fix it? Specialized? The bike dealer?

Thanks
Tim

No, I have the same fork and it keeps steady pressure for weeks. Unfortunately, while it's a great fork, a quick search of the internet will reveal many problems with the 07's. Luckily Specialized has been very good about replacing the internals.

Take it to your local Specialized Dealer and they'll send it back out to Specialized and have the internals changed.

We've sent a few back and the new forks comes back with MUCH better seals and quality.
