We'll be holding the first TM day of the season this Sunday at 9am in conjunction with Somerset County Parks Department. I'm still working with the Rangers to narrow down the project for the day, so stay tuned.

Tools will be supplied but bring work gloves. Meet in the East Mountain Road parking lot. Note that East Mountain Road is closed at Rt 601, so you need to take either Amwell Rd or Mountain View Rd to get on East Mountain Road.

Yes, we're planning to work on a section of trail between posts 10 & 9 where the trail turns into a stream for about 30 feet. I'm sure any Sourland regulars know this spot because it's not new. We will try to divert the water and repair the erosion damage.

Yeah when I was there last sunday (white trail only, haven't been on 3 amigos), the only issues I saw were trail erosion. To a lesser extent there is some between markers 8 and 9.

Great crew today doing an epic armoring job on the lower trail. Thanks to Steve, Mike, George, Bill, Lisa, Bob, Rick & David for moving some gynormous rocks into place. Rick took some before/during/after photos so hopefully he will post them here.
