Day 1 in the books. Started off with a bang (mechanical) and dropped to last place. Picked off 5 riders and hanging out at midpack. The trail section was brutal. Tweaked my achilles. Not great but kept moving. Hanging out at Speculator for the night. Ate 2 large pies.
