I think the only difference is the Chain Ring that is compatible with the Transmission chain. These are the Carbon-SL version.

From the SRAM site regarding compatibility...The Transmission Crankset and the Chain Ring can be used with an older AXS Eagle chain...see below:

"Eagle Transmission T-Type chainrings are compatible with Eagle chains, so they can be used on Eagle Drivetrains when mounted to an Eagle Transmission crankset".
