Selling something of limited supply only works if people don't have it as well. being a bike forum most of us have bikes. You will have better luck on Facebook as you'll get more bites

agreed however the seller has it listed as a "buy it now" only with no bidding or offers allowed. It also has 65 watchers which is considerable.

regardless my trance advanced 2 was nearly $5,000 after dealer preparation, taxes etc. IMHO, you cant buy a Giant (or other major player) FS MTB w/carbon frame, wheels and top tier components for anywhere near $2,995. I'm confident someone will pickup and enjoy this awesome mtb soon as it's fairly priced..

Curious... what dealer prep was around $400? (taxes on $4,300 are around $300)

I believe NY tax rate is 8.0625% which was ~$370, add matching red ISSI pedals which I'm including (doesn't come from dealer with any), water bottle, seat bag etc. and you're nearly at $5k.... It is what it is.

Seems like a fair enough price for a lightly used carbon bike with carbon hoops. Dunno what the controversy is. I guess stating up front you are Covid pricing is a turn off. I'd just leave that out.

thank you and single reference to cv19 has been removed from listing to not offend anyone (wasn't my intention).

for transparency - we are usually tough on those who show up just to post something for sale.
Thanks for taking it all as a challenge to answer.
I think you've been a reader, and just decided to make this available here - and at a reasonable discount to new.
Don't be a stranger!

Can't say i'm a fan of your choice of audio equipment tho.... :D
"change my mind" ?

I can't find the "older" receiver - might be in the attic. I remember leafing through the Sears catalog
45 years ago wondering if i could ever afford it! I did find this millennial retired in my basement tho (they aren't as bad as the pic makes them out)

In the seventies Marantz, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sansui and others were in a power war to produce the biggest baddest drool worthy audio gear costs be dammed...

today's Marantz has made a nice comeback integrating high end video technology with powerful audio.... ok back to our regularly scheduled mtb programming lol
