With the below upgrades I transformed this XC bike into a short travel trail bike ridden on various different trails across northern NJ.
Some small paint chips but otherwise in great shape. This is the perfect first full suspension bike to get into mountain biking. Climbs great and is very capable on the descents. I loved this bike and only selling because I recently got a new bike.
Upgrades:
-Rockshox recon silver air fork, 120mm travel (can be reduced to 100mm if desired)
-Scott Nude 2 rear shock with 3 position remote lockout
-WTB Frequency I23 TCS new tubeless wheels w Shimano XT hub
-Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.35 tubeless tires in great condition 9/10
-Tubeless set up works great and holds air perfectly.
-Brand-X Ascend II 125mm dropper post w/ remote lever
-Salsa 750mm handlebars
-45mm stem
-Lock on grips
-VP Vice aluminum platform mtb pedals
-Microshift Advent X 10 speed drivetrain w 11-48 cassette
-1x 30t Narrow wide chainring
-New 180mm disc brake rotors
-Upgraded side mount bottle cage
Total of $1100 in upgrades!!
I have almost all the original parts from the above upgrades if you’re interested I’m glad to include them as well.
