Soccer Fields?

Hey guys I know it's been a while and I just wanted to check the status of starting from the soccer fields. It was under construction and blocked off a while back. Is it all fixed and accessible now? Looking forward to some long rides coming up.

Yes, you can launch a ride from the soccer fields now. The soccer fields themselves appear to be abandoned, but you can access Cannonball with no problems.

You are talking about Barbara Dr, right?
What days and time are you planning to ride? We may run into one another as I ride that trail sometimes. Look for a grey hair guy on a black Klein Mantra.

That's great to hear that they are open again. I'm setting up to do an epic ride and that is my entrance. One of these weekends I"m going to ride from my place and hit up the soccer field entrance and roll into Ringwood for a few entertaining loops and then back home. I'm thinking about rolling the same ride and linking it up to JHabitat at some point too.

that's a great epics route,ryan! and i'm sure you can stoping by wawayanda as well, since you were going to JH.

Sweet that's what I'd like to do and add about 10 more miles of trails in Wawayanda and Ringwood. I'm thinking of a full day MTB ride up through Skyline to Ringwood to do about 20 miles in Wawayanda, most of the trails in JH then 20 in Ringwood and back home to Parsippany. It'll be a 120-130 mile ride I think. You busy that day? 🙂
