This is true and wayway is a state park....much the same as ringwood who shot down that race....All of these parks have different managers and different criteria for approving permits....so just depends

If you could get the city of Newark onboard, you could stage a mountain bike race from Craigmeur that would make pretty much everyone throw their bikes in the woods and never ride again.
