Finally gave up last week and got these from my favorite shoeshoe store: the internet.

Much more fun than postholing deep snow. Packs the trail for riding better, too.
good choice on the TUBBS...mine are like 30 years old and still kicking...i picked up the ones on the right from Dicks the other day for wifey, or anyone else who wants to help stomping...so far so good

We have several pairs of Tubbs and while the strap system is pretty good, it would be FAR better if we could have an SPD or telemark ski or snowboard step—in type of boot<>snowshoe interface. Just step in and go. No fiddling.

Got mr and Mrs sets of Yukon Charlies too. Seem great! Now this is a guarantee all the snow will melt this week ha

@ryderX well I got a pair of XC skis too so it theoretically slowed down the momentum

I wish it didn’t melt so fast to have more snow fun but I am ready for warmer weather for sure! I was on the beach in shorts and at shirt in November!
