That double day adds confusion/complication, I say no double days next year...and none of this streak crap. Just ride yer bike.

I'll take a wind point for Saturday then to give me 11 pts.

Sunday- It was tough to do 55 minutes of interval work today after the coach says go out and kill yourself yesterday...wthf!
I completed 90% of the interval work scheduled for today. I would have needed some of Jakes pez candies to get those last 12 minutes of intervals.

My Powermeter died. I think I need a new battery, anyone have experience with the cycleops power tap 2.4 model? I tried to reset my garmin mid-ride in hopes of my powertap rebooting...no luck.

2:20 hrs = 4 pts...+ wind?

Had a fantastic ride in Canada. Roads were sketchy at times, iced over, snow, etc.; cross bike perfect.

Dave, I'd like to use my double day today instead of Monday. As I don't ride Mondays. Ever. Except for two weeks ago.

Got to ride dirt today. First time, and of course I forgot to dig out my odometer. I was out there 1:40 *.75 ride time ~= 1:15. It's about a ~10 mi loop. 2 points.

You can't pre-use your double days! I'm pretty sure we talked about this somewhere in the thread. But like Iggy says, the movable DDs won't return next year. It's too much of a pain.

Capers also can't pre-claim it. Yes, I need to keep you f'ers in sight!

Word. Did not know that. Admittedly, I did not follow all the back and forth on the rules, so if thats the case, so be it.

Hangover ride

Mellow ride with the Mrs today to sweat out the toxins.
We had a party last night, and things got a little drinky.
ABVo2max: http://app.strava.com/activities/45716083
5pts

So we're riding along, and I drop my chain, and my wife takes off.
When I caught up to her, we had a little discussion about how you can't challenge the yellow jersey on a mechanical.
Then I stuffed my pump into her spokes and dropped her.

Hair of the dog: Anchor Bock. Not bad, but not enjoying this year's model as much as I have in the past.
